Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.

  • The item is not damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

  • Items damaged after delivery due to customer misuse

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for eligible items if:

  • The item received is defective or damaged.

  • The wrong item was delivered.

  • You require a different size, color, or variant (subject to availability).

Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer support team with your order number.

  2. Provide photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  3. Wait for return authorization and instructions.

  4. Ship the item back to the address provided by our support team.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, or defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

Shipping fees paid during checkout are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

  • You will receive an email notification once your refund has been issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
